This is a good quality tremolo harmonica tuned in `C`. rnThe 24 holes (48 if you count them in pairs) give this instrument a range of just rnover 3 octaves. The tremolo effect is achieved by having two reeds for each note, rnThese will be slighlty different tuning and the beating between the reeds causes rnthe tremolo effect.rnYou can play 3 complete scales of C with this harmonica.
This is a nice instrument, the reeds section is brass with plastic central section rnforming the holes (plastic is far more durable than wood in this situation). rnThe top and bottom sections are chrome plated and can be unscrewed for maintenance rnand cleaning. The reed section is brass.
