Payment
We accept payment by PayPal. Credit and debit cards are also handled for us by paypal. If you wish to pay by postal order or cheque please email us. |

Postage
We charge a single handling fee no matter how many items you buy (currently 70p). In addition we charge a postage cost per item (for small items to UK destinations this can be as low as 29p). These charges will be added to your shopping cart and you will see the total before you commit to making your payment. Shipping to non UK destinations will be more expensive - please select your country above the shopping cart window. |

Shipping
Most items are packed and shipped within 24 hours. We use an appropriate Royal Mail service. Expensive items will be sent by recorded delivery which will require you to sign on receipt. |

Non UK Shipping
All items are shipped from the UK by airmail. Times and prices will vary. If you require tracking or secure shipping you should contact us by email first. |

Returns
If there is a problem with the goods you receive, please email us using the link on top of this page. We will make a refund for the cost of any goods returned in original packing and in good condition within 7 days of receipt, but we will not refund the postage and handling charge or your return postage. This policy allows us to keep our shipping charges low. |
